Jennifer who started as a certified Angel Card reader and Reiki practitioner back in 2012 has been on a mission to help others find healing and peace within the Mind, Body and Spirit. A semi retired Dental Hygienist and Professor Jennifer struggled herself with the aches of her profession and began integrating Yoga into her daily routine. Now she utilizes all aspects of her training both in Western and Ayurveda to help find peace, healing, and solutions for the needs of her community and students.
